You are in our thoughts and prayer...Hello All,

You are in our thoughts and prayers as you complete another trip. Thank you for sharing with us the struggles as well as the joy. We back in the US have the picture painted in such a way that we do not feel guilty about our wealth and how much of it we spend on ourselves. We need the truth not the candy coated images. If we had a more accurate picture we might hear the voice of God calling us to love our neighbors as we love ourselves. We praise God for your willingness to serve and pray for a safe return for the Haiti team. I hope we will have an opportunity (when you have rested up)for you to share with us your expereince in person. Love to all,

Pastor Dondonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11415908658988850803noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8647193623981061693.post-91544090215664613872010-03-30T08:21:25.772-04:002010-03-30T08:21:25.772-04:00Sounds to me like there is a heavy burden blanketi...Sounds to me like there is a heavy burden blanketing the people down there, so much poverty and disaster I am sure it is so hard to take it all in and stay positive. Good thing the Lord has told us " Matthew 11:30
For my yoke is easy and my burden is light." I was once again working at Lyle and Windy's yesterday when I noticed there are flowers coming up in their flower beds. It was quite beautiful. I began thinking to myself, for something to grow someone has to plant a seed. What you all are doing down there is planting seeds. The lifestyle and hardships down there can be like fertalizer to the hearts of the lost souls down there who are yearning and searching for hope and salvation. You are planting seeds and changing lives and I am proud and want you to know I wept many times throughout yesterday thinking and praying for you all, my heart was filled with gratitude and pride for all of you for what you are accomplishing in His name. God bless, and finish strong! Miss you, love you all Jake TJake Tnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8647193623981061693.post-81015437592144863092010-03-30T08:10:35.342-04:002010-03-30T08:10:35.342-04:00Good Morning! I was like "Yep thats my Krystle" haha. And I finaly got to see Kelly in a picuture! So now I feel happy.
Yesterday Nina and I went out and took new pictures for FB. It was a lot of fun. Nina was wearing a weird cowgirl outfit with crazy leggings and I was wearing some old pants. Needless to say we had a lot of fun with road signs and laying in the middle of the road. Kelly and Keystle when you come over we are going to lay in the middle of the road. You have not lived if you havent layed in the middle of the road. (And no you wont die its a back road)
Today I will be going up to Traverse City to continue looking for a job. I created an application/resumae and I have 30 printed out. I plan on going until there are none left. I think it will be a good day, hopefully it will be sunny and nice. Maybe I will leave another comment when I get home to tell you how it went.
Kelly and Krystle I cant wait until you get back in the States tomorow so we can reconect.
Safe Travles
(Maybe I will write when I get home from Tracerse City.
Your in my Prayers.
ShelbieShelbie Maehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03635614439770267750noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8647193623981061693.post-47551693763684172732010-03-30T00:00:12.568-04:002010-03-30T00:00:12.568-04:00To our faithful Team, -You make me cry -& am g...To our faithful Team, -You make me cry -& am glad at same time for so many things you wrote about. Just lost my message so this one will be brief-grateful for all you've been able to accomplish-& that you got to Des Dunes today. Be praying you can finish whatever needs to get done Tues., & the rest -leave to Him. Won't be easy as usual to shift gears & leave, but 3 girls here can hardly wait to see their dad & husbands. K-the pic of you & baby -as sweet as can be & I saw you acting up in the other one-miss you kids a lot. Left your messages all week, Beth so could hear your voice. We'll have much to share. Whatever will that great Reunion Day be like with many of these dear people you've been rubbing elbows with for a few days & hours. Only Jesus knows the impact your simple words & kindnesses have had this time to encourage them on their way to Heaven or to help them get started. Please thank R&N & family for all they've done for each of you-from us at home. I love it that Bob brings home clean clothes with him. What a girl Naromi is. "Now unto Him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us-" He's been doing a lot it sounds like! Sleep well for awhile. Loads of love, MDJ Hugs for all -esp.
